Refund Policy

1. Returns

No Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges however we offer free corrections incase the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 8010-000-666 or stitch@darzioncall.com with details of the product and the defect within 7 Days of product received.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail/SMS/Phone Call , within 24-48 hrs, whether you are entitled for free correction of defect, As all products sold by Darzi On Call Services Pvt Ltd are made on order and keeping client specification in mind.
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:
Items worn once
Alteration done by someone other than Darzi On Call Services Private Limited Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to your purchase during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

2. Exceptions

1. Order Cancelled – Incase of order been cancelled there will a 50% deduction from total value

2. No cash refunds – Refunds are made in form of Credit Notes/Credit Voucher/Or In Form Of Darzi Money: Which is only redeemable with Darzi On Call Services Pvt. Ltd.

3. Other Refunds: Is subject to sole discretion of Darzi On Call Services & is done only via at par cheque/Online transfer or directly to source account Within 15 working days.
